During our most recent phon-con it was decided that we, David and I no longer have a desire to purchase a home. Since we were introduced to you through the Buyers Advantage Program at USAA you have been extremely helpful and very patient with our home search needs. We really appreciate you taking the time, often on one day's notice, to show us in excess of ten (10) homes on any given Saturday or Sunday. In addition, we loved the way you provided knowledgeable information about the prospective homes; pointing out the pros and the cons, we found it very informative.
As you have been informed there are many factors leading to our decision to terminate our current home search, however, none of those decisions were a reflection upon the services that we received from you or your office. To date, you have provided us with excellent service!
